Most important commadment for us.
Luke 12:30-31 : Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these."
We must all love God with all our heart. And when we love God with all our heart, we cannot help but love people with all our heart.
As a Christian we have to direct our prayers directly to God almighty. To strengthen our prayer we can use the name of Jesus but we still pray directly to God Almighty, the creator of heaven and the earth.
Common God But Need To Help Reconnect Muslims to the actual God of their Forefathers
God had bless me by allowing me to live with a Muslim household for four years when I was in Senior school in Malaysia. Every Friday I will take a bus to Segamat to stay with my Teacher 's(Che Gu) house and stay with the family until Sunday evening.
These valuable years allow me to see a family who loves God with all their heart like myself. We even sometimes go to the mosque together.
Through those years and my encounters with my neighbour Amir Mohd. Som and his family I have a better understanding of their love of God.
As a Christian I realise that all muslims worship Allah, God Almighty, the great creator of the heavens and earth. The one and only God that they worship is the same God (Jehovah) described in the bible in Genesis 16:7 -11 who sent an angel to look after Hagar. Allah is the same Almighty God who named Ishmael. He is the same God in Genesis 17:18-20 (read NIV Version) who said that he has blessed Ishmael and make him a great nation. God is the same God in Gen 21:17-20 where God saved the life of Ishmael and was with Ishmael as he grew up.
It is however very important to understand that Islam which started during the time of Muhammad (i.e. 570-632AD, did take people from the God of their forefathers which is the God of Ishmael, who is the God of Abraham. It is therefore essential that for muslims who really love God or Allah, they must seek God and in doing so will know Him and his love. If they seek Him they too will find Him.
As a Christian, especially being a gentile (non Jew) it says in 1 John 3:1 that we become Children of God through accepting Jesus. In other words we are adopted Children of God whereas the decendends of Abraham, being Ishmael and Isaac are the natural children of Abraham hence of God.
So all Christians should recognize that we are all worshipping the same God Almightly. Yes we all worship the One and Only God. If there is any ambuigiuity, Jesus taught us to pray and direct our prayer to "our Father in Heaven" who is God Almighty.
So if you are a Christian you must be able to love your Muslim brothers and try to reconcile him to the God of his ansestor. Any muslim who really want to know the God of their ansestor needs to merely pray a simple prayer, "God of Ishmael, I really want to know you. I really love you, please reveal yourself to me. Father theach me how to be reconciled to you." The real God of Ishmael and the God of Abraham have promised that if you seek him He will be found by you.
My Desires
My greatest desire is for everyone to know how much God loves them and accept that God sent Jesus to die for them to redeem them so that they can be saved. I put a lot of value on Salvation, i.e. how to be saved for eternity. How everyone worship does not matter to me as long as they are saved and filled by the Holy Spirit of God.
When a person receive the free gift of salvation apart from being saved and enjoy an eternity with God, they will also enjoy a fother to son relationship with God the father. This relationship brings a lot of benifits including success in everything.

HOW TO BE SAVED
Many people ask me how they can be saved. And what it means to be saved. If you cannot be 100% sure that if you die right now and when you open your eyes you will be with God in heaven then chances that you need to be saved. But being saved has a lot of other benifits as God will call you a child and you will enjoy an inheritence. You will be empowered to be successful on earth in all that you do. You will also be blessed in every way so that God can be glorified through you.
The process of being saved is realy very simple. In Romans 10:8 - 11 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. As the Scriptures says, "Anyone who trust in him will never be put to shame."
To be saved is a two part process. All you have to do is to believe in your heart that God Almighty love you so much that he sent Jesus to die for you on the cross (John 3:16) . As Jesus is totally obedient to God and is the son of God making Jesus your Lord is smart. But believing alone is not good enough, you have to confes it with your mouth as the scripture clearly says that you have to confess it with your mouth to be saved. In fact saving really comes from your mouth.
A very famous lawyer once asked me why should we ahve to confess with our mouth to be saved. He argued that as God knows our heart, if we merely believe that He died on the cross and that He is the son of God that should be good enough. The Holy Spirit told me to tell him the following. " As a lawyer you understand that in every contract there is an offer and there has to be an acceptance before the contract becomes valid. Jesus dying on the cross is the offer and only when you speak it out (or confess it) the contract will be complete. Saan and all the demons also know that Jesus was the son of God. They most likely witnessed Jesus dying on the cross, knowing that fact will not save them. Likewise knowing that there is a God and Jesus is his so will not save you. But only if you accept the offer that you are saved. At the same time being a lawyer you know that if I challange you to take off your shirt and ring down to the Queen Street Mall and if you do that i promise to pay you $100,000.00. If my offer is verbal and you accept it verbally and there are witnesses then we have a valid contract. If you then run as we discussed and ask me for mone even if i do not pay out. The Judge will rule in your favour. There is an offer and an acceptance. The fact that it is a verbal or oral contract is fine as long as there are witnesses. You see God is a God of His word. In John 1:1 i says " in the begining was the Word. the Word was God the word was with God. Through His Word everythig was created." You can see how important words are.
So to be saved all you have to do is believe that Jesus is the Son of God and believe that God sent him to die for you and Gid raised him from the dead. Follw this by a siple prayer of confession of your faith. You can modify it to suite you but as an example you can pray this aloud: -
· Father thank you for sending Jesus to die for me on the cross.
· I believe that he is your Son and he died for me and You raised him from the dead for your glory.
· Today, I ask you to forgive me of all my sins in the name of Jesus.
· "Lord Jesus, I want to make you my Lord and Savior, thank you for your blood that cleanse me.
· Father please send me the Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus.
· Holy Spirit welcome into my life and teach me all things about the Father, about Jesus and the word of God.
· In Jesus precious name, Amen."
With that simple prayer and believing that jesus is the son of God you are saved.
